Can't Open My Desktop Version

Getting this error: 19.1.11: System.Net.Sockets.SocketException (0x80004005): Address already in use
at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Bind

I last opened in April 2020. I don’t want to lose my data. Since it won’t open, I do NOT know what version I have.

You will not lose data. None is stored in the program. Your data is in a separate data file.

You have version 19.1.11. You should update, as you are hundreds of versions behind. See if you can open the program after updating.
