When I try to make a Journal entry and I want to enter into a Cash or Liability account, they don’t show up in the “Suspense” Look Up list. All the other accounts are there but not the Cash accounts or Liabilities. I’ve tried to create and re-create new accounts no luck.
You cannot use cash accounts in Journal entries in Manager. Use Receipt and Payment
Which liability accounts are not showing? After specifying these, post a screen shot of the balance sheet side of your chart of accounts from the Setting tab.
Where do I find “Receipt and Payment” ? can’t find it.

By the way, what you referred to as “Suspense” Look Up list isn’t a Suspense look-up at all. That is where you select the posting accounts for the debits and credits of a journal entry. See:

Suspense is a default account where Manager stores incomplete or erroneous transactions until you fix them, rather than simply discarding them. See:
