Can't invoice billable time from billable time overview

Hi,

I’m trying to create an invoice from the Billable Time overview, but the checkboxes to select the time to invoice and the “create invoice” button do not exist anymore it seems. How can I create an invoice from billable time now?

I’m working on Mac OS 10.12 and have the latest Manager software installed.
