Ok, so the extension wasn’t setup in your case.
You can set it up like this:
Endpoint
www.luboshasko.com/extensions/zz/theme-enhancer/
Placement
sales-invoice-view
Then you can access it in Sales Invoices tab > View screen from the little 
menu
