Cannot find email templates

I cannot find how to personalise my emails. Hence unable to find the email template under settings, What am I doing wrong?

If you don’t see Email templates under Settings, you need to enable it.

So sorry, I spent hours yesterday trying to find the email template and now just when I asked the question I think I have found it. Always the case if I had not asked I would be still looking.
