We are running a non-comercial club and currently experimenting the Manager. Can we rename a hard code account and regroup it. Like “Inventory - Cost” and “Inventory - Sales” under Our “Kitchen Account Expenses”. Specially “Inventory - sales”, since in hard coded account, it appears to be an income related account. But, it has been moved to Expense Group now, in our case. Will this work?
Yes you can. When you rename a hard code account the original name is reproduced in small print and as per the following sample they can also be re-grouped. Yes it will work.
