Can we insert any Custom Field and Form Defaults in Client Statements

Can we insert any custom field and form defaults in Client Statements ?

Customer custom fields will be printed at the bottom of the statement if you select the option “Show custom field on printed documents”

Of course, it will print on all documents

Thanks, please let me know which Header should I create the custom field for for showing it under → Reports → Customer → StatementsCustomer
