Can make chart account template

Getting Ready to purchase I download your server edition and like what I saw. I plan to use it for my Property management software but have a couple questions;

Can I make a template chart of accounts and assign it as default so when new business are create I do not have create accounts?

No. But you can set up a business and then make a backup and add it back as another, then rename it. But do this before entering transactions.
