Can I transfer the complete business "Manager" file to another person?

I am new to Manager.

I am a voluntary treasurer of a not-for-profit organisation. The book-keeping records are quite simple.How do I hand over or transfer or export the complete program and accounting file to the next incoming treasurer?.

If you’re using the desktop version you will simply create a backup of the business and pass it over to them. They will then import it into their version. It’s as simple as that!
