That depends on what information needs to be on it. You might be able to use the Sales Quote module. You can rename the document anything you like. You could leave out the pricing and be left with customer information and line item descriptions. Sales quotes have no impact on financials until you convert them to sales invoices (if you do). Or if you are talking about something that would already have been invoiced, you can generate a delivery note.
