Can I clone/copy an invoice from one business in Manager to another

I want to record certain purchase invoices in another separate Manger account from my existing one, please tell me is it possible to do this

Thanks very much and really helpful but is it possible to show a sales invoice with a total - say £500 and then on the next line includes VAT 20% but without displaying the taxable amount of £83.33 ? This would be useful for some of my none business customers who can’t claim back the tax - showing it just gets them down!

The amount of tax always shows. You can make a sales invoice tax-inclusive. And receipts are always tax-inclusive. See this Guide: Choose between tax-exclusive and tax-inclusive prices | Manager. But the tax amount still shows. I am fairly certain you’ve never received an invoice or cash receipt for a taxable item that did not have the amount of tax displayed on it.
