Built-in accounts to support cash flow statement groups

Control accounts can be classified as operating/investing/financing right now, but cannot be assigned to the personalized groups for the cash flow statement.

It is possible to do it, and I’m missing something? Or will it be possible in the future?

Also, in Spain, inflows and outflows from investing and financing activities are presented separated in the cash flow statement. I’m sure there’s a way to do it manually in Excel, but I wonder whether you would consider implementing this option (probably a toggle box in the report setup - just an idea)

Thx!

What other groups would you want to show on your cash flow statement?

The custom groups mentioned at the top of this topic.

Ok

Hi! Any thoughts about this?

So, this is my current situation. I have a mix of custom groups, built-in accounts, and control accounts in my CFS.

Ideally, one should be able to allocate the built-in accounts and the control accounts under the custom CFS Groups (if desired) for consistency in presentation of the statement.

In the latest version (21.11.81) I’ve added support for cash flow statement groups on account types mentioned in this topic. But there are more built-in and custom control account types which need to be supported.
