Blank Screen following Choose file in Bank Import

I just installed v 21.7.38 Desktop version
My OS is Windows 10 pro, 21H1 21-Jul-20 19043.1110
Following Choose File option in Bank Import, I select the file, click Open and the rest of the screen becomes blank. The only thing I can see is the Choose File button and the name of the file I chose.
If I move my mouse around the screen, individual items appear as I hover my mouse pointer over them. I can refresh the whole screen by clicking on Minimise or Maximise buttons, top right.

It has also been happing with Windows 7 for awhile.
