This strange thing has been happening for a while, but I assumed it was a temporarily problem. When I record my billable time, on the Summary screen the billable time doesn’t show any entry. Same as when I generate the invoice. When the invoice has been paid The Billable time invoiced- Account. updates correctly.
Mac M2 Ver-23.7.1.856 (I know its not the latest version, but my PDF email works properly.)

It’s as @Joe91 has already indicated. Please read the Forum’s FAQ/Rules, especially the part where it says:
PDF emailing still works in 23.10.9.1030 (is still an obsolete feature).
