Brand new user switching from QBO. I am having trouble getting started.

1. Bank account connection error message.

By definition, every internal error is a bug, however, you need to provide more information such as Version and Edition of Manager and more info about your bank feed provider

A system.exception is different from an internal error and is often more related to the operating system of the user.

It would be helpful as per FAQ - Manager Forum to:

Be specific. … If your question relates to an apparent software problem (rather than an accounting topic), tell us your operating system (including the version), Manager edition (desktop, server, or cloud) …

There is a confusion how bank feeds providers work. In the latest version (25.3.20) I’ve improved this so the error is more user-friendly. But I’m planning to rework bank feeds so it doesn’t lead people to this error in the first place.
