You could export the Manager Reports to a spreadsheet and reformat the data there
That’s a fair point, Joe. While the T-account view is great for a quick visual balance, Manager definitely sticks to the vertical standard. I’ve found that the ‘Copy to Clipboard’ feature is actually pretty decent for this - you can pull the data into Excel or Google Sheets and set up a side-by-side template in just a few minutes. It’s an extra step, but it gives you that layout you’re looking for!
I don’t think Manager will ever commit to that. It is a complete waste of time and resources. No serious business in the world still uses a T-format balance sheet, and no serious accounting software would support such an endeavour.
