Balance Sheet Report + Processing Provisions

I am new to Manager, and want to check if this issue been solved in Manager, if not how can I do budgeting in Manager for coming expenses?

There are no unresolved issues in this thread. While you can create a report showing actual expenses versus a budget, Manager is not a budgeting tool.

I was asking if there is something similar to Envelope budgeting as mentioned by eko, to keep aside the amount of expected expenses resulting from contracts of a known amount as a kind of allocations for unencumbered expenses, and then close their balance when the invoice is issued by the supplier
