Customer portal is a very essential option for a customer. But there is no way to view the balance directly inside the customer portal. It would be great if there was a system where the customer could see the balance by entering the customer portal. Also, it would be convenient if there was a system to show their payments separately, which is currently only visible from within the sales invoice.
