Each time we try to perform a Backup the result is created in a PDF Format and not .Manager . We have tried associating the file with a Manager App with no success
First, are you backing up according to this Guide: Backup, restore, import, and transfer businesses | Manager?
Second, are you actually saying the backup creates a PDF image of the database file? If so, open it and show a screen shot of a portion.

Treasurer has reported that she had a fiddle with the program and it is now saving correctly. I have asked her if she knows what she changed and Ill stick it on here so you all know the possibilities
It is a Great Program, We are running it Stand Alone
