in inventory items tab it’s showing [Average cost] as a total, should be (Sum[Total cost]/Sum[Qty owned])

if we used weighted average cost method = 63.60 (8,935,750.53/140,500.00)
if we used normal average cost method = 62.56 (187.69/3)
The average cost of a bunch if different inventory items makes no sense - it shouldn’t be there at all, imho
I agree with @Joe91. In fact, the current presentation is so contrary to meaningful accounting, I consider it a bug and have moved this topic to that category. I also edited the subject.
Fixed in the latest version (23.7.23)
