how to disable Automatic payment using available credit? please help me
You can’t disable automatic payment, but you can manage it.
For you to have this “payment using available credit” situation, your customer’s account must be in credit.
Why is your customer’s account in credit ?
Once this is understood, then further advise can be provided to resolve it from occurring.
