Would it be possible to add an automated exchange rate feature in Manager.io ? Meaning that the exchange rate in the software would be indexed to the fluctuating rates like the ones from the HMRC website, instead of doing it manually all the time ?

I’m not a UK user but I will try to help as much as I can.
You should go to Settings > Web Services > Exchange Rates where you will be requested to enter your source web feed. This should automatically get your exchange rates into Manager.
As I said, I’m not from the UK, so I can’t tell you how it works, so you will have to experiment for yourself.
Another option is to go to Settings > Currencies > Exchange Rates and there you can use Batch operations > Batch create. From there you can periodically enter exchange rates (e.g. on weekly, monthly intervals, etc) and the Batch update your transactions to reflect these exchange rates in retrospect.
