Yes, In the fixed asset accounts under chart account. I have listed a number of properties, each property has been made expenditures from my bank account. That problem only display the summary of each asset under summary or report. How i can see the detail Expense. Thank you.
If you need to monitor income/expenses by (rental) properties, go to Settings and enable Tracking Codes module.
Then create each property as tracking code. Now anytime you are recording income or expense, select tracking code of property the income or expense relates to. This will allow you to prepare Profit & Loss Statement report per tracking code so you can track profitability per each (rental) property.
