How many years worth of data do you hold actually in manager. I have 2 monthly GST returns back as far as 2017 and yearly tax returns/year end reports. Thats just for 1 client.
Does anybody archive data , Can you archive data as in bank statements, journals, reports, Can you even remove them from manager.

There’s a beta feature to purge old data called Export which you can access from Backup screen.
Being a beta feature, you should always backup, export and test the export first before making it your main business.
If doesn’t work out for you, you can write a Journal Entry to fix your new starting balance sheet.
