I’m all for any answers that get the horizontal scroll bar back for me.
If the CSS is broken and Lubos can fix it, that would be great.
If Lubos finds that he needs my help/input, I’m happy to help.

You could help identify if this is the case by following my recommendation to check if it appears with a Manager version older than 21.4.46 from https://github.com/Manager-io/Manager.AppImage/releases
