Add Signature in cloud editon

I need add signature in cloud editon

I using img src and path imge from google drive but it doesn’t work

You need to explain, better still show using screen images, how you have tried to add a signature

Through custom themes (obselete feature now) I use the following:

<img src="https://...................... .png" alt="Signature" border="0">

However, in any case, as @Joe91 mentioned, you need to explain further, using screen images, in order for the forum members to help you.

Just search the forum as there are already several posts about this.

Hello Waleed,
I think you want to have your signature appear certain Documents - like Receipts, Invoices, or Quotes. If so, I would like to help you follow these step by step process by using Receipts as an example:

  1. first you need to create a custom, text field as Signature

  2. Create your own folder and attach your digital signature to this folder. In this case, you are self hosting your images and don’t need to go to Google drive again etc.

  3. Then, click the signature you attached and Right Click it

  4. Select " Copy Image Address" from the list.

  5. Go to the Receipt window.

  6. Click “Form Defaults” button bellow and Past this image address to the Signature custom filed.

  7. Remove all texts from the slash / up to to the left-end.
    e.g. https:/xxxxxx.accounting.link/view-attachment?ChIJFJYxAIVCw0IRtVsxemoLqi2iBjBDbGllbnQgQ2FyZSBBY2NvdW50YW5jeSAmIEF1ZGl0aW5nIFNlcnZpY2VzIEx0ZC4.

  8. now test your receipt and preview it if it is ok. It should appear like this:

You apply the same process for all other docs - Invoice, Quote etc.

Hope this helps.

thanks .but the problem when i copy image address from google drive or dropbox, it doesn’t work.

Please see this point made by Burhania.

We don’t have self hosting

You can upload attachments in Manager Cloud Edition. So just create for example a Customer or Supplier named in your company. Then attach the image to the View screen (click New Attachment) see screenshot:

The filename of the new attachment will appear, click on it and a window will open with the URL of that file. Copy it and delete the https://…until /view part as instructed by Burhania.

Thanks Sir.
