Add "Project" column on "Customers -> Uninvoiced" screen

The standard workflow for designating and invoicing Billable Expenses is outlined in the Manager guide Billable Expenses (https://www.manager.io/guides/billable-expenses-form)

It would be very useful to see (at a glance) on the “Customers->Uninvoiced” screen which uninvoiced Amount is associated with which Project.

If “Project” was included in the list of “Edit columns” options for this page, it would become a simple matter to select which Billable Expenses should appear on an Invoice related to a specific Project.

Note: Creating an Invoice which includes Project-specific Billable Expenses is currently possible but is cumbersome and time-consuming. Checking which Project a Billable Expense is associated with CAN be determined by clicking the “Edit” button for each item in the “Customers->Uninvoiced” list, looking at the Project for the line-item of interest, then using the Back button to navigate back to the “Customers->Uninvoiced” screen - not efficient.

It would be a bonus to include Project as optional criteria in the Advanced Queries functionality for this view (i.e. to be able to Group by Project, or use Where Project is equal to)

Our Real World Scenario

As construction/renovation contractor, it is common practice to purchase items (supplies & materials) from retail box-store outlets (Suppliers) which are used on customer-projects (Projects). These purchases are considered to be billable expenditures (Billable Expenses) incurred on behalf of our Customers. Sometimes clients will transfer money to us in advance to cover the cost of these expenditures, other times not.

I regularly accumulate stacks of unsorted transaction slips which will be recorded in Manager as “Payments” with line-items earmarked as Billable Expenses for any given Customer and Project (Projects is enabled in the Customize options and included in “Edit Columns” options for Payments->Paymnet-Lines).

These transaction slips may include billable expenses for multiple customers (some having multiple projects). Some transaction slips will have line-items billable to one customer-project and other line-items billable to a different customer-project. Manager accomodates this granularity on a per line-item basis in a variety of transaction documents (including Payments) quite well. Although, there doesn’t appear to be any restriction on which project may be selected in relation to which customer has been selected on a given line-item. This has potential to be problematic for obvious reasons, but this issue might be posted as a separate topic such as “Establishing & Maintaining Customer-Project Relationship in Billable Expenses”.

Currently, determining which Billable Expenses are to be selected for generating an Invoice for a specific Project is not easy.

Best case scenario would be to see the Projects column on the “Customers->Uninvoiced” screen, and to include Project as optional criteria in the Advanced Queries function of that same screen - hope this is worthy of consideration. Thanks
