It is possible you add the cloumn and row in all category of report .
This is a matter of taste but also of lots of table-design research where full grid designs are rarely recommended, except where each cell has no relationship with a neighbouring one.
The current style is much easier to read for these Inventory Quantity Summary tables because your eyes need to follow the content in the rows rather than in the columns. The vertical lines would make them more difficult to read and additional horizontal lines are not needed because the space between the rows is sufficient to aid horizontal reading and pick any item in a column as well. It doesn’t matter if left to right or right to left.
