Add Import Bank Statement to Bank Account tab

I use the transactions page from Bank Account tab much more often than the Bank Transactions tab. Could we have a menu item in that drop down for Import Bank Transactions just like we do on the Bank Transactions tab? We’ve already got Receive Money and Spend Money.

This makes sense as

  1. The Imported Bank Statement relates directly to a specific Bank Account and not to a generic pool of bank transactions, and
  2. The current menu selection and resulting process, takes you directly back to the Bank Account tab, so why not start there in the first place.

In the latest version (18.8.13), when you click on Statement balance under Bank Accounts tab, you will see Import Bank Statement button there.

I think that is the most logical place where the button should be in the first place.
