I can’t access BAS summary or calculate the last BAS period
Any help?

ive been using this program for 5 years, first time this has happened
This is what my BAS page shows now, it used to have a summary of all the previously completed BAS
not sure what’s going on
I cannot replicate the issue but I have labeled it as a bug. You can use the Tax Summary until it is addressed, assuming you are not using an old version of the Desktop Edition.

At the moment the BAS (business activity statement) reporting tool is still not working
Ive tried to find the figures on Tax Summary so I can lodge my quarterly BAS statement to the ATO
Is there any timeline on when this issue would be resolved so I can lodge before the 30.07.26? or is there a way to find the figures I need? ie GST owed/GST paid/PAYG owing etc

Would these figures in tax summary line up with the report generated in BAS reporting ? (if it was working)
because ive put these figures (G1,1A,1B,G11) into the ATO tax portal and the GST owing doesn’t line up with the GST payable figure in the main summary page for the same date period
Its a bit frustrating because ive always used the BAS reporting figures to lodge my quarterlies to the ATO…just hoping BAS reporting tool is fixed soon!!!
If your looking at the main summary page that gives an outlook over all your account then 1st check that it is using cash vs accrual reporting that matches your reports.
To change the setting for the summary page click the “Edit” button at the top and toggle the check box in there for “Show balances on cash basis”
Ive always generated My BAS reports on accrual basis, the main page summary I assume is accrual as I don’t select ‘show balances on cash basis’
just for context, the amount owing on the ATO portal after ive put in the G1,1A,1B,G11 figures from the tax summary is slightly higher than the main page summary GST owing figure.
ill have to run with that until the BAS reporting tool is sorted out

It works ok for me on accrual. Try changing the date to custom a few days or a month. Or going to http://localhost:55667/ on a normal web browser and press F12 → console when you go to the report to see if there are any errors.
Has there been any further update on this being fixed?
My bookkeeper has been trying to access the BAS reports but she can’t even get to them on the reports tab.
I’ve been using this software for 8 years now and I’ve double checked everything is set up properly, which it is and I’ve also added the “Custom Buttons” to her user profile but she still can’t see them. The custom buttons seems to be a new thing which wasn’t previously there.
Any advice or update would be appreciated.

Ive been told by someone from Manager that they are addressing the issue, but I just checked and BAS reporting is still not working. I also can’t access previous BAS reports.
I had to manually try to find the figures ie G1,1A,1B,G11 and also the PAYG figures from tax summary but im not sure these figures are correct
Im still waiting for BAS reporting to be fixed, I am also on the paid cloud version…considering going to Xero

When I go into the reports tab on my log in that I can see the Busness Aactivity Statement option (see below screenshot) but my bookkepper can’t see these to even generate a report.
Only difference between our log ins is that I’m admin and she has restricted access but I’ve given her access to the custom buttons (second screenshot below) so in theory she should be able to access the buttons.
