You need to have installed the localisation
I’m not aware of any change. What versions of Manager are you using?

Can’t see BAS report.

You have to import the localisation into your Manager business to use it. See
https://www.manager.io/localizations/au/
And

This will load tax codes with a hidden UUID, you must use the localisation specific tax code for it to work
