if i get rs 40000 in cash account from an employee A as a contribution than where i can check this outstanding amount??

i just give an entry in cash account by receive money is that right?

if i create an account in list of account of A than where can i mention it and who will be controller account of it?

Yes, but the account that you allocate this to depends on the reasons for that employee’s contribution.
