Kudos to all contributors. I have the theme working fine but the printing is a problem. The printer has been set up and it printed test page but thats all. It has refused to print the document, we have tried all things possible, called in an IT but no success. Attached is the screenshot how it shows if we want to print.
Please I need help. How do I resolve this?
Your papersize is 58x3276mm and that is also show in your screenshot. You need to select a proper paper size.

Your printer gives:
Paper size 58(48) x 3276mm ???
As far as I know papersize A5 is:
5.8 x 8.3 inch
148 x 210 mm
So try to change the paper size.
Please what is the correct paper size?

imperial:5.8 x 8.3 inch
metric 148 x 210 mm
Your printer is XP-58 which is a thermal printer. You need to search the forum for custom themes for this to serve as a receipt printer. It is rather useless for invoices, reports, etc as you need to be able to view these at A4 or lettersize.
How can you expect A5 print from a thermal printer
First of all install a driver for A5 print (Epson LQ 50) and select the Print destination to that printer and then adjust the paper size accordingly in the More settings
I think you missed out somethings from the discussion. I did not expect thermal printer to print A5. I did not even talk about having A5 print. I was asking for help on the installed X-58 printer that have printed test page but was not printing documents sent to it.
However, I have resolved it and it is printing now. While installing the driver, I had selected X-58 instead of X-58C (the version of the printer that has cutter). When I selected the X-58C the printer started working.

It all starts with you posting in this topic titled “… A5 [emphasis added] Paper Size Printing from email settings…” and a screenshot where you show a thermal printer which obviously cannot print at A5.
Hello, i wanted to print on POS thermal paper and i tried the codes pasted here, the output came out fine, but paper is suppose to terminate from the printer somewhere around where the blue line is (see attached). The printer was actually printing the full paper. how can i make the printing to terminate where the receipt ended. Can somebody helpout. Thanks
