I have set up 2 businesses, when I test the email settings on the original business they work perfectly however when I test it on the new one the following error comes back “A non-recoverable error occurred during a database lookup”
I then tried putting the same email settings from the original business into Northwind and the following message came back.
535: 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed: UGFzc3dvcmQ6
I am currently running Windows 10 with 64 bit and Manager version 24.5.7.1519
Observations… When I set up the new business, I put in different email settings but then updated them to the original business.
When I put the original business email settings into Northwind, there were none in there before.
Would appreciate your advise please
