I would like to appreciate the efforts you are putting in Manager software. However, I would like to suggest that you should consider including login information such as User Name and password. This is because this is where financial information is and must be protected.
Desktop edition is single user software and if you are concerned about other users accessing your computer, you can set password on operating system level, no need to re-invent the wheel.
Cloud edition and server edition being multi-user products, have password protection.
