Integration with ZATCA is possible. However, Manager Desktop does not support user management, as it does not provide a username/password-based user system.
Due to ZATCA integration requirements related to access control, permissions, and user management, it is recommended to use Manager Server or the Cloud version when connecting with ZATCA.
The limitation is not with Manager itself, but rather because the Desktop version does not provide a user management system that supports certain integration requirements.
ZATCA e-Invoice extension was working correctly yesterday.
Today it started showing:
"Update Required
Your custom fields need to be updated to work with version v26.06.3.0001"
What I tested:
1. Clicked “Update Custom Fields” → message says update successful
2. But opening ZATCA again shows the same update page
3. Same loop happens from:

Sales Invoice > ZATCA
-
Business Details > ZATCA
4. Restarted Manager Cloud server
5. Access Tokens list is empty
6. “Zatca Certificate Info” custom field exists but Description is blank
7. History shows only normal Business Details updates (TRN / business name), nothing suspicious
This looks like the extension migration/update is not recreating or persisting its required metadata.
Please advise the correct recovery step for v26.06.3.0001.

We are using Manager.io Cloud with ZATCA e-Invoice Extension version v26.06.3.0001.
Issue:
The extension continuously displays:
“Your custom fields need to be updated to work with version v26.06.3.0001”
Actions already performed:
- Clicked “Update Custom Fields” multiple times.
- Update completes successfully and shows “Updated successfully. Please reload.”
- Extension is installed under Extensions → ZATCA E-Invoice.
- Custom fields exist in Manager.
- Issue affects both old and new invoices.
- Tested in both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.
- No 404, 500, or API errors appear in browser developer tools.
Please check if there is a migration issue, tenant-specific upgrade issue, or missing configuration record preventing the extension from recognizing the completed update.
