Wait, do not take any action until the developer responds. The add-on is working, but with the older version.

We have a problem with our customers. They are very dissatisfied. They have business that has stalled and are suffering losses.
Can you please check the latest version (26.5.4) if it’s fixed?
26.5.4.3512
work
Yes, confirmed! After restarting the cloud server and updating to version 26.5.4.3512, the ZATCA e-Invoice Extension is working perfectly again. QR codes are generating on invoices as expected.
Thank you for the quick fix, much appreciated.

@Mabaega
Hello Support Team,
I am facing an issue with the ZATCA Phase II Extension in Manager.io.
Previously, I was able to generate QR codes and process invoices normally. However, now the system is no longer generating the QR code, and every time I run the Compliance Check or try to process the invoice, I receive the following error:
-
Status:
400 -
Status Text:
Bad Request -
Message:
Request failed. See response tab for details.
Additional information:
-
I already deleted the registered device from the ZATCA portal/registry and attempted to restart the setup.
-
I have multiple businesses under the same VAT number.
-
All businesses are managed under the same Manager.io account, but each one is a separate business file/entity.
Could you please advise:
-
Whether having multiple businesses under one VAT number could be causing the issue.
-
Whether I need to fully reset/re-onboard the ZATCA extension and certificates.
-
How I can restore QR code generation and invoice compliance successfully.
Please see the attached screenshot for reference.
Thank you.
Please you support to fix this issue and to have a step by step solution.
Please review your invoice, ensuring all fields are correctly filled, including Customer, Invoice Reference, Inventory Item, Tax Code, eInvoice Type, and Reason/Note.
I Tried to fix it but I’m getting a new message which id the below

@Mabaega I’d like to know if it’s possible to set up my own system that replicates the system of https://zatcaextension.azurewebsites.net/. When I checked your GitHub profile, I noticed that only the source code for the older relay system is available.
