I think that there is a problem with a VAT calculation for Greece.

You are looking at a rounding difference. Manager calculates taxes line item by line item, then adds them and rounds the total. It does not add the items and calculate the tax on the subtotal. Virtually all accounting software works this way. It is an accepted accounting practice.
