Where can i see the cancelled Sales Order or Purchase Order

Hello,

We had a cancelled order from client. So on our sales order tab we edit the cancelled sales order and tick the cancelled box. Now, it is gone on the sales order list. Where can I see it? Same with purchase order that we cancelled as well.

Hello @randompro,

That’s because Cancelled, Closed and Inactive records are always sorted last. You can find these by navigating to last page and navigate backwards from there.

A better alternative, imo, is to create an Advanced Query : Where status contains Cancelled.

There’s no Status or Cancelled fields exposed to Advanced Queries.
