Yes, I am aware that the instructions, and the bot, say that by clicking on the account, one should be able to see the register. Unfortunately, for me, it will not do that. The only way I can see transactions is to click “receipts” or “payments”, but then it is all accounts mixed together. I’d like to be able to see the register of a particular account.

You should go to Bank and Cash Accounts, from there, click on the linked figure under Actual Balance column.
If that column does not appear for you, you need to go to Bank and Cash Accounts > Edit columns and check it.
Thank you, but that isn’t it. “Actual Balance” is checked.
The Actual balance would show the register for a specific bank account.
Are you looking for a combined bank and cash register? Or is it something else?
Is there no columns control in this view after clicking on the “actual balance” to bring up the “register”
