My VAT3 and RTD reports are not populating Any reason?
The country is set to Ireland and the VAT codes are in place
Can you show the edit screens of the tax codes?
What edition and version of Manager are you using?
Is that a Tax code you created?
The localised tax codes all have the reporting categories filled in
See this guide Add localized settings and features | Manager and, in particular, the note at the bottom
If you create a new business and select Ireland you can see the tax codes and their parameters
By the way, I haven’t setup codes to deal with the Covid related delayed return features - you would have to duplicate all the existing codes and that is too much effort
