That is not going to happen. Manager does not provide tax forms. It is not tax filing software. In only a very few cases does it include worksheets for calculating some (but not all) information used for tax filing. (Australia, UK, Netherlands.)
You can make customs vat in setting where you can set
Standard vat
Import vat
Export vat
Gcc vat
Exempt vat
