When is user activity log coming up on cloud edition?

Right now it looks like it will be added in December.

Recently I found out an employee was accessing the Manager on cloud outside office hours.
I found out about it by coincidence. I noticed there’s an email sent via Manager after hours.
This issue concerns me. I have no idea what’s else been accessed.
If there is a user activity log, I’d be able to give a warning to the employee not to access company’s data after work.
Please advise if there is other alternative solution to prevent user accessing Manager outside office hours.
