UOM Conversion in Manager

is there any option to manage UOM conversion in manager for trading and manufacturing items?
if not available then i manage the UOM conversion and affect in production order, sales and purchases

By having two inventory items with their own UOM. If you buy in boxes but sell as singles then you have an inventory item for each and use production orders to convert 1 box to 12 singles.
