Unit Price automatically decrease with my TAX amount

I would like to enter an Unit Price, automatically decrease with TAX amount.

Not sure what you mean. Have a look at Manager Cloud

Maybe that’s what you had in mind.

When I input a amount value, the unit price cell split my amount with my tax.

Ex. My VAT is 5% . My Amount is Rs.660. When I input 660 in unit price cell (column), the cell will take my amount as minus with my tax 5% (Cell value as Rs.628.57 ) ( My TAX 5% is value Rs.31.43).
