Trial Balance report giving error in exporting to pdf

Hi!
I tried exporting the Trial Balance report but it gives the following error. If I print it and save as pdf, it works. But the direct export to pdf doesn’t work. A software glitch, I assume.

Is your software up to date? There was a bug with trial balance PDF generation that was fixed January 18th. If you are up to date and this problem still happens, what edition are you using (desktop, server, or cloud) and what version number. Also, what operating system?

Thanks Tut! I was running an older version on my mac. Updating the application has resolved the issue.

imac 2011 osx 10.11.6 el capitan

I’m also unable to email my trial balance or create pdf of it.
If emailing, I can click cancel and resume work but if creating a pdf i have to force quit manager.
All the other reports I’ve run seem to work so far. Specifically I’ve run a GL summary that is multiple pages so its not the size I don’t think.
Current workaround is to export and paste in google spreadsheet.

I too am having this issue.
I am running V. 19.12.14 on a MacBook Pro - desktop version.
I can produce the report but can’t save to PDF.
Screen freezes and a force quit is required.
