Transacting in multicurrency

Set my base currency to Zimbabwean Dollar (ZWL) and the United states of America (USD) as Foreign currency

Challenge
1 USD is equivalent to ZWL108.666
When setting the exchange rate the system prompts:

1ZWL is equivalent to ?? USD
based on manager configuration above: 1ZWL is equivalent to (1/108.666)USD . This gives a wrong figure

For example bought petrol/fuel for USD20
In ZWL its equivalent to ZWL2173.32 NOT ZWL0.184050209 as reported by manager
