I am currently using the Cloud Edition and noticed that my instance is running version 25.8.14.2594, which indicates an update was applied on August 14, 2025. Could you please advise on how I can access the release notes or update log to review the changes implemented in this version?

The release notes were a thing a while ago and they still are, however, they were temporarily halted because of the big developments with electronic invoicing.
The release page is planned to be resumed in the near future
