I cant pay for manager because my billing address is not auto filling. I get this message "To change your billing address, leave this page and restart checkout. How do I restart check out?

Dear manager team… I have trouble making payment using my card as i have lost it. Kindly resend request for payment using my card details. The payment options am getting are asking for me to insert the card number which dont have right now. I will be visiting the bank to change cards but for now please resend the request with my defaut card details. Needed agently.
