Payment problem

i can access my site as this is the message below. i wrote yesterday still now, no reply.

“This invoice can no longer be paid on Stripe. Please contact Manager.io (billing@manager.io) who will arrange an alternative method to pay this invoice, or issue you a new invoice.”

No. but the primary issue was my card. i had to seek for an alternative way to solve the challenge
